What's it?

Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) defines the terms of responsibility and guarantee that offers to its clients. Services are managed by his Virtual DataCenter.
Every Server is provided through's Providers.
SLA become valid at the time of the signing of each service contract and it remains active for the entire duration of the same.

Network Uptime

Cloud - 99.999%
Dedicated - 99.999%
Hosting - 99,95%
Power Availability - 100%


It should be noted that MonkeyHosting is not responsible for Services downtime or suspensions if they are caused by:

  • Routine maintenance with prior notice and/or special maintenance to the Service made by or his Providers
  • Attacks by third parties or by the Client.
  • Unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure;
  • Causes leading to the total or partial inaccessibility to the Service by the Client.
  • Other reasons outside the technical control of
